We meet you at your tech stack

Bring the platform you already use. We connect to QuickBooks, Podio, HubSpot, Notion, or your custom stack.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT INTEGRATIONS

The marketing site does not move loan data. The servicing system does. Integrations are how that servicing data reaches your accounting platform, your CRM, your investor-reporting workspace, or your custom data warehouse. We build them per relationship rather than as a self-serve API product, so the connection fits how you actually work.

WHAT WE INTEGRATE WITH

Platforms we have connected to

QuickBooks

Servicing data into QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop alongside the GL accounts your bookkeeper already uses.

Podio

Loan records and workflow data into your Podio workspace alongside the acquisition pipeline you already run.

HubSpot

Lender-side CRM connection so marketing and sales see the same loan data your servicing team sees.

Notion

Loan data into a Notion workspace for family offices and funds that standardize their reporting layer there.

Custom

Built to your specification — Salesforce, Yardi, internal data warehouses, or another system.

Don't see the platform you use? Bring it to the consultation. Custom destinations are scoped and quoted in writing per project.

RESPONSIBILITY SPLIT

Where each party's obligations sit

Connecting two platforms means three parties to the data flow: Moat, the third-party provider, and you as the customer. Each carries a defined slice of responsibility. The Third-Party Integrations clause in our Terms of Service spells out the full allocation; the short version:

  • · Moat is responsible for reasonable security on the Moat platform and on our outbound integration code.
  • · The third-party provider is responsible for their platform, their API stability, and their handling of any data we send into their system.
  • · You are responsible for your credentials, your account configuration at the third-party, the security of the connection between your account and the integration, and the accuracy and legality of data flowing through.

Read the full Third-Party Integrations clause before connecting any third-party service to Moat.
