How do I get my lender portal credentials?

When your loans are boarded, we send a welcome email with your username and a link to set your initial password. If you have not received credentials within a week of the effective date, email us at customersupport@moatnoteservicing.com from the address on file.

How do I direct a foreclosure decision?

Accepted Answer

If a loan we service falls behind and you decide to foreclose, give us the instruction in writing. We send the Notice of Default and coordinate the trustee on your written direction. We are the servicer, not the lender, so we do not run loss mitigation or change loan terms; those are your decisions to make.

How do I run a payoff statement or initiate a payoff?

Borrower-facing payoff statements go through the borrower portal. For your-side payoff coordination (a borrower is selling, refinancing, or buying out the loan), email or call us. We coordinate with the title company and handle the payoff posting.
